Ask and coordination information, including posted tasks, categories, locations, time windows, optional rewards, messages, completion status, ratings, and support requests.

Payment-related information if optional rewards or paid features are supported. Payment details may be handled by trusted payment providers rather than stored directly by Just Ask.

Usage and device information, such as pages viewed, app actions, approximate location when needed for campus matching, device type, and diagnostic data used to keep the service reliable.

To create and maintain accounts, publish asks, match students, coordinate messages, send service updates, provide support, and improve Just Ask.

To prevent fraud, protect users, troubleshoot technical issues, and enforce our terms and safety policies.
